Who we'll be hiring, when, and what we need to see from you

Thabit is not actively hiring as of April 2026. We'll be hiring into the following roles over the next 18 months:

  • Customer Success Engineer (Q3 2026), Onboarding, support, customer feedback capture, light CSM for Team-tier accounts. Best fit: 3-5 years at a B2B SaaS startup, ideally defense-adjacent. Technical enough to debug product issues, empathetic enough to handle a frustrated customer.
  • Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Q4 2026), Takes ownership of the codebase, leads Phase 3 (GovCloud) architecture work, grows into VP Engineering. Best fit: 7+ years full-stack, has shipped a SaaS product from scratch, ideally has worked in a compliance-heavy industry.
  • Founding Account Executive (Q1 2027), Owns the enterprise pipeline, closes $1-3M ARR year one, builds the sales motion. Best fit: former enterprise AE from a defense-software company with an existing DoD network.
  • Compliance / Security Engineer (Q1 2027), Owns FedRAMP 20x submission, CMMC Level 2, SOC 2 continuous monitoring, customer security questionnaires. Best fit: has taken a company through FedRAMP before.
  • Product Manager (Q2 2027), Closes the gap between founder product intuition and engineering execution. Best fit: PM with defense or systems-engineering background, not a generalist SaaS PM.
