4.8.0
APRIL 23, 2026CHANGETRACE 1.1- ChangeTrace graduates from a 12-requirement demo baseline to the 50-requirement TAP-1 aerospace-class reference baseline spanning 15 subsystems and all four MIL-STD-961E verification methods.
- Polymorphic verifier registries: Test Procedures, Analysis Reports, Demonstration Procedures, and Inspection Checklists are now first-class artifacts, each with method-appropriate section schemas.
- Method Rationale per requirement: every RTM row carries a verRationale record (selectedBy standard citation, factors weighed, alternatives rejected, validation basis), so verification choices survive CCB scrutiny without the engineer having to reconstruct six-month-old logic.
- Coupling graph with citations: parametric ECPs now cascade deterministically across the 50-requirement baseline. A 150Hz firmware rate change correctly identifies REQ-EMI-001 (CE102 re-scan) as a cascaded hit per MIL-STD-461G App A Sec A.3, with rationale text an EMI engineer would write verbatim in the ECP Board.
- Cost and schedule basis of estimate: four method-specific cost kernels price every affected verifier in dollars, labor hours, and schedule weeks, with per-verifier facility selection (NTS Los Angeles, Keystone Compliance, Element Huntington, in-house) and configurable labor rates.
- Critical-path identifier flags the longest-schedule verifier plus any verifier within 20 percent (parallel-critical) per MIL-HDBK-340 Sec 5.3.
- Dynamic Schedule Gantt: SVG timeline with a baseline diamond, a ready-with-ECP diamond, and a red schedule-slip bracket that shows exactly how many weeks the ECP pushes the flight date.
- Zero Re-Inspection green pill: when an ECP touches no physical characteristic, the Inspection lane renders as a full-width green pill instead of an empty field. The tool correctly identifies that timing and trip-point changes do not require pulling technicians off the floor.
- Method-change Class I gate per MIL-STD-973 catches the silent Class II submittal that would fail CCB review.
- AI contract expanded from 8 to 18 keys: summary, three direct-hit findings, eleven coupling rationales, cost narrative, schedule narrative, three test-procedure findings. Every key has a hardcoded doctrine-grounded fallback; the package renders complete even when the network is unavailable.
- Eight new standards added to the Living Standards registry: MIL-STD-961E (method-selection framework), MIL-HDBK-340 (test sequencing and cost kernels), MIL-STD-1629A (FMECA coverage analysis), ASME V&V 10 (analysis credibility), NASA-STD-7009A (simulation credibility), PMBOK (schedule compression), ISO/IEC 17025 (facility accreditation), and MIL-STD-1472H (human-engineering demonstration).
- 124 automated smoke-test phases pass against the reference ECP (up from 79). QualPack, CaptureAgent, and ProposalGuard unchanged at 84 + 48 + 75 phases.
4.7.0
APRIL 17, 2026LANDING V2- Complete landing-page rebuild on Next.js 14.2 with mobile-responsive hamburger nav, iPad-portrait breakpoint, iPhone single-column collapse.
- Mega-footer with 6 curated columns covering Product, Solutions, Doctrine, Resources, Company, and Legal.
- Real legal surface: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessors, Acceptable Use, Responsible Disclosure.
- Security Overview and Trust Center pages with the full compliance roadmap.
- Pricing anchored against replaced tool-chain cost: $599 Starter · $2,499 Team · $9,999 Enterprise.
- Impact-taxonomy legend added to ChangeTrace preview, 'REQ + TP' replaces the ambiguous 'BOTH' pill.
- iOS no-zoom-on-input fix, proper viewport meta, Apple web-app metadata.
- 73-phase SSR test harness keeps the above from regressing.
